what to do when you're baby is sick..

I'm not sure what to do.She has a cold and screams a lot.Should I call the pediatrician?

Also depending on how old she is they have saline spray for kids too. I don't think it really worked for my twins when they were younger, we've just used the nasal aspirators to clean their noises out, but it may work for you. If you want to check out the saline nasal spray it's by Little Ones.

If she doesn't have a fever there really isn't much that they can do. But if it would make you feel better, I'd suggest talking to the pediatrician or one of the nurses there. Explain your daughter's symptoms and see what the nurse suggests doing. I'd also suggest running a cool mist vaporizer or warm mist humidifier in her room too. It might help her congestion a bit. Another idea if you don't want to do that is, run the shower with warm water in the bath room, and just stand in the bathroom holding her, outside of the shower. The warm vapors should soothe her a bit and allow her to breath a bit better.
