My toddler is potty training but still wears a diaper for nap and night. I had been just using a disposable night time diaper but I want to cut that expense since we just recently had another baby. We use gDiapers, so I would like to try and work with those.

i use g diapers and i find that the insert is not very absorbent, however they say that the more in wears in the more absorbent it will become. i have heard and read wonderful reviews about wool. and a good ol prefold, lol. do u crochet? or knit.. sewing could be even cheaper. read about wool and why its so great but its naturally antimicrobial, doesnt need washing after every use unless pooped on amongst other great plusses. hope i was of help. personally im crocheting my first one now.
