Coolababy Diapers

[deleted account] ( 8 moms have responded )

Hi, has anyone used coolababy AIOs? After a few failed attempts with the prefolds I am finally using AIOs. I'm using Coolababy, which are fairly new I think, and I would love some feedback from anyone who has been using them. Thanks!

I did try Coolababy AIOs, and I found them leaky. This is for a couple of reasons... one, they fit pretty big, and two, the elastic at the legs doesn't go all the way around. They're pretty absorbent for their thickness, but I would only use them for daytime and definitely change ASAP when you suspect poop! Because they're synthetic they dry quickly, but have a tendency to hold odors. Bac-Out in your cold wash will help that.

I have two oldish bumgenious and although they work just fine, the velcro is a pain, sticks to everything and poop gets on it.  I would opt for poppers.

I have never used them but several of my friends do, I have heard great things about them and want to try them!

I have been using the pocket AIOs on Toby as well as bumgenious, Have had a few leaks from the coolababy but i think this was due to them still being a bit big around his legs. I find they do start to smell quicker then my bumgenious though :)

My son (3 months, 13ish lbs) JUST started to fit into his coolababy pocket diapers about a week ago and so far I like them.  I won't use them at night though, he leaks through if i leave them on for his 7pm-3am sleep.

I use Coolababy nappies and I love them.  They are so easy to use and come in fab colours.  I find the inserts don't last all night so I use the disposable inserts from Mothercare Smart Nappy system which work a treat!!

Can't wait to save up a bit to buy another colour!! :o)
