I know there was a thread on here about creams, but I can't find it. I need to find a cream that is ok for use with fuzzi bunz, but also will work on the rashes. recommendations? I have heard good things about Northern essence., motherlove and magic stick ointment...oh and grandma els. Anything good or bad to say about these, or recommendations of others would be great.

I use Punkin Booty Bits Bottom Balm. It's a lot like Magic Stick but cheaper.

Never tried Gma Els. I heard it works good, but it has petrolatum in it, so we avoid it. Also avoid anything with zinc oxide - this will really build up on your cloth.

The biggest help in the rash department for us was not the cream, but the wash routine. If there is buildup on your dipes, your kids can get rashes. Once we got our wash routine nailed, the rashes are about non-existent. We use Rockin Green to wash with and will never use anything else.

I use lanolin on ALL diaper rashes! it is amazing and washes right out of the diapers! :) -Good luck!

I love Northern Esence, it works even on severe or bleeding rashes, caused by a food allergy, or the rashes from antibiotics and even just dry skin. And they come off the FuzziBunz no problem.

most of those are good. here is a comprehensive list of the best and worst creams. next to the recommended one in parentheses is what type of diaper rash they are best recommended for.



fyi - my personal favorite is earth mama angel baby bottom balm. you can buy it online or in babies r us stores.
