I was wondering if any of you have used homemade detergent with cloth diapers and how that turned out. The idea of it only costing about $.01/load is very appealing, and I'm thinking about trying it. What have you guys found?

Thank you for posting this. I found a recipe for homemade detergent that I wanted to try. So far, my husband grated all the soap. I'm just waiting for my old detergent to run out to make this new kind. I will post once I have used it. But, it's nice to see another recipe that works.

I have a couple listed on my list of dertergents that I tested. the first one was my fav by far!

It took the small out made the diapers soft without using fabric softner and cleaned great! Plus no rash! and i only had to use 1 TBSP.
