How much does PUL lined fabric shrink after the first wash?

I am making several AI2's and I haven't prewashed the PUL fabric. So far I've only made one, but I am ready to make several more. I wanted to know how much it shrinks because the Small pattern I have seems a little too large for a 1-3 month old baby. I can stick my whole arm through the leg holes with little to no resistance from the elastic. I'm making some 'newborn' sized ones currently. My baby isn't due till late July, but I work part time so I thought I'd get a good jump on it while I still can. My first was born a month early so I'm a little worried this one will be early.

I have 6 diapers made with PUL fabric - I always wash my diapers on the HOT cycle and they have never shrunk. I do not dry my PUL diapers tho - not sure if that would make a difference. For the first month I could not use my cloth diapers as they were too small!
