I use Borax to soak the poopy diapers. It works well to get the stains out, cheap too. But I don't hand wash so it could be different. Good luck

when my baby goes number2 .. i have a four month old by the way.. i right take the diaper and spray it with resolve and hand wash it twice make sure i squeez any of the spray of then i put all my diapers and soak them with charlies soap in cold water then pre wash in cold then do the whole cycle minus the soak in hot water the charlies soap does a great job of washing out any of the chemicals the resolve might have left no rashes or anything and she has pretty sensitive skin none of my diapers have any stains then i air dry. but if you do decide to use resolve make sure you rinse them twice.

They are diapers, why do you care if they are stained? I just throw mine in the wash with some washing soda & detergent, then line dry. Most of the time they come out bright white, but a few poos leave their mark....it's no biggie, no one sees them anyway.

These stains are very acidic and will rarely come out. I put mine through the washing machine with Vanish spray on them and they were still visible. I gave up and threw them away then.
