I made my own

what a great job. it is so cute! you know you should try wool covers. They work great for hot weather. They are naturally breathable and so the wetness evaporates and the evaporation process cools the baby off. If you would like more info on wool you can check out my webpage here http://www.niftynappybyvilate.weebly.com
I can point you to some patterns if you are interested! Just let me know k?
Hey, I'm sorry for taking so long to respond! The diaper is made only out of cotton (the lining is a recycled prefold) so I don't think I can count it as an AIO. I rarely use diaper covers because it is so hot here - I just change him as soon as he feels wet. To make the fitted diaper, I trimmed down a chinese-pre-fold diaper that he out outgrown and added "wings". I then sewed on a "cover" (which is just cotton, so it isn't an actual diaper cover).
I used the pattern that this links to: http://www.geocities.com/rew4birth/Diape... for the general shape, I especially paid attention to where she placed the elastic. I also referred to this http://www.fernandfaerie.com/sewing_fitt...
I uploaded a few more pictures of his diaper here: http://picasaweb.google.com/jvmagon/Clot...
This is what the prefolds looked like before modification: http://www.babycottonbottoms.com/dsqcott... Quite honestly, I like them a bit more before I modified them, but it was a good way to keep using them after he outgrew them . :-)
It was one of my first sewing projects and was a lot of fun and a good way to learn.
