I knew what you meant. How about Fin or Finn, short for Finale or Final? Fin is french for finished.

Esili (eh-see-lee) means finished in Lingala(spoken in Zaire). Ahungi (ah-hoon-gee) means finished in Sango (spoken in Central african republic).

Nahaya- means 'last/ finished' in Arabic. Might be a bit girly.

Khitam- means 'end' in Arabic. My hubby's teacher was named this, being child number 8!

I think you're asking for a little boys name that means "last" .... I did lots of research and I could not find any that meant last... I also searched for finished or youngest but there really wasn't much for choices for those either. This is the website I used to search meanings ...
