Hi, My name is Kelly. I have a wonderful daughter named Sonia. She was born June 28, 2008. She is the center of my husband and my world! She is a very active little girl. Well little doesnt' really describe her right, she at her 15mos appt in Sept was 27lbs 6 oz and 32 inches. I am sure she is closer to 30lbs now at 34 inches. She is very vocal and loves to make noises...she does not "talk" much yet with words, but I know she understands everything we tell her. She is a perfectionist already, she did not crawl until she could do it "right", she didn't walk until she could just stand up and take off, I am assuming the talking will be the same thing she won't talk until she has got it all "practiced" and ready for the big preformance lol! I work as an RN in home health care and my husband works in a treatment school for Emotionally and Behaviorally disturbed children. Sonia right now is fighting a bit of a cold and has 4 eye teeth coming in!! She is a trooper tho, she is home playing with Mommy all day today! She attends daycare 3 days a week in an inhome which she absolutely loves, no seperation anxiety for her yet...she takes off when we drop her off, waves when she is halfway to the playroom and then is gone. We love our lil monster!! She is cloth diapered when she is home, our daycare lady doesn't do cloth diapers which is fine. I just had to recently buy a whole new set of pockets. The happy heineys and bum genius' thighs only go to 10-12inches Sonia has 14inch thighs. Had to go with Fuzzy Bunz. She cannot wear the prefolds due to a wet cotton sensitivity. Her lil bum gets all red and inflammed. Had to learn the hard way. Hubby is great with changing them too, thought I would have to twist his arm but he jumped right in! I am suprised at how much money we have saved! I am glad to be part of this group and am excited to get to know ppl on this board.
