I wouldn't even mention this if I didn't think that it is important. Charlie Banana Diapers has copied FuzziBunz diaper design and are attempting to market it as their own, they do have a few unique colors, but they use many of FuzziBunz colors and even some of FuzziBunz current and old color names. They have copied the FuzziBunz perfect fit diaper and the one size, and the one size is patent pending so they think they can get away with this. If you are a WAHM, know one or have a store you use, please please tell them not to support Charlie Banana Diapers. A company that would steal another companies design and try to market it as a unique product should not be supported.

Hmmm...interesting...

It looks like the pocket is different and I know there are other diaper brands that use the adjustable elastic for their sizing. It is definitely shady what she's doing but, truthfully, the design is changed just enough to be legally ok. That's the thing about patents and designs, if one detail is changed, you can't enforce the patent (most of the time).

Don't think I'm supporting this brand-but look at NuBunz and BumGenius for example-they look very, very similar. Or even a lot of OS fitteds-most look the same. There's only so many ways to make a diaper...

It looks like this is the manufacturer FuzziBunz is using for their diapers but appartently they don't have exclusive rights and therefore their Hong Kong manufacturer has decided to use their design and launch it under their own brand. Seems weird though. I'd reach out Fuzzi Bunz and get their thoughts on it.

You can see that they are made by the same manufacturer, a woman who runs Winc helped FuzziBunz to move from manufacturing in Louisana to manufacturing in Hong Kong, then she took the design and is labeling it as her own and even making them in the same plant. Please don't support someone who would deceive like this.
