My daughter is 15 months i am not ready for he to tell me she has to go but has had an intrest sitting on the potty so we have been taking her to her potty chair and having her sit on them with no diaper on but its a pain haivng to take the diaper off and on i was just wondering if anyone has seen any pull up diapers that do not cost alot? I bought a waterproof kooshie training pant to try but are they any good as a diaper?

We just bought snap ez trainers. They are waterproof and have a pocket in the back to adjust absorbency. The company is currently going out of business so everything is really cheap right now.

i used the koosie pull up training pants on a day i was home and it worked pretty good it did end up leaking a little but only cuz she has a full out diareah blow out i dont think my regular cloth whould have held it in i am excited to try them agian once she is feeling better

We tried Kooshies because when my 6 year old was potty training, you could buy them on the Walmart website. (I think it was $15 for a 2pack. They came in 2 or 3 different color sets.) They were a little bulky, but worked very well.

Try baby sign for potty (when she is on the potty) and you will be surprised how soon she can tell you she needs to go.
I used the gerber training pants. They are not waterproof but I thought it helped to catch them in the act and get them to the potty sooner. It also means they are almost never in wet pants and therefore don't get used to it. They are also the cheapest ones I have found. I have not found smaller than 24 months in stores but they have 18 months on Amazon.com

hadn't tried kooshies. happy heinys makes a good pullup training pant. imse vimse does too and theirs look more like underwear. for my little guy, i just bought him a 4 pack of hanes underwear and just watch him during the day. every 30 minutes or so i ask him if he has to go. while he won't proactively tell me, he will if i ask him.
