HI,

I currantly use cloth during the day but due to leaking issues at night i have been using disposibles.

Now that my son is a little older i would like to give the cloth nappies another try during night time.

I was thinking about getting the SANDMAN night from sustainable hemp products (was thinking bamboo though)

any suggestions?

Dream Eze AIO all the way! They are a super trim, super absorbent diaper that is great for naps/night. Dream Eze Fitteds also have an additional layer of cotton, so they are great too!

I use the tots bots that I use during the day (sorry that's not helpful as you can't see to really get them in the US: they're made in Scotland) with an extra flannel booster. It is soaked by the morning but doesn't leak. Oh and a motherease wrap. He sleeps about 13 hours a night...

The only leaks we've had are when he had stomach flu or very occassionally a runnier poop: less than once a month on average. I would rather CD at night as they seem to leak less than the few times I've used disposables. I'm always worried the sposies'll leak...

I use the Thirsties AIO. I add an insert. A newborn size prefold works well. I don't have leaks and my son can go all night with one diaper. Plus if he poops in the morning, the leg gussets on the Thirsties can't be beat.

I was just going to post on this topic! I am IN LOVE with my Thirsties all in one pockets :) My 11 week old slept 9 HOURS last night with NO LEAKS. She is now in the small (12-18lb) size and I had a hemp prefold in the pocket. NO Leaks from the urine or breastfed poop! No wicking either. I'm so excited!

I use Motherease with the insert that comes with them,  they are by far the most absorbent I have found. also use prefolds with a nikki cover sometimes

I love BumGenius 3.0 one-size pocket diapers. No leaks ever for us, and I have a couple of pretty heavy wetters. We usually use both of the included microfiber inserts, but I also like Leo Baby "mighty nighty" hemp inserts. Hemp is super-absorbent once it's well-prepped, but it takes forever to dry! Wish the BG 3.0 came with snaps instead of aplix, but it's close to perfect. A lot of folks I know also really like Fuzzi Bunz pockets.

I use everything at night. My Happy Heiny's and Thirsties Fab Fitteds seem to be th ebest for me at night. I have found that if I use a Little Beetle insert in my Thirsties AIO's at night, I don't have any leaks at all.

I have used prefolds, too, but I twist the front of the pre-fold and that seems to old everything.

With prefolds, I prefer my Imse Vimse covers. They may cost a little more, but are fantastic and fit me baby so well with plenty of room to grow.

Hemp holds twice as much as cotton.
