where can I find snap pliers and CD fabric for a decent price?

I'm technically a beginner in CD making. I've only made about 25 newborn sized diapers and plan on making more in different sizes. The problem is I want to make them with snaps and I am on a tight budget (hence why I am going "green" with cloth diapering ;P) the first diapers I am making with velcro since they are small and won't be used (or yanked on by little fingers) for very long. I've checked out Joann's and the ratings on their snap pliers are kind of sad for a $20 tool and their price on fabric is just a tad too much for me to afford currently. Not to mention I'm hesitant on paying $8 on snaps that may break. So, diaper-making moms, do you have any suggestions? please? =)

I use Kam Snaps. They are very easy and have good deals with snap pliers and resin snaps. I didn't use the ones from walmart because I was afraid of rusting after all the effort to make the diapers. Look them up on facebook.

I have seen some at Walmart for about $12, but they were metal snaps and not the plastic/nylon snaps.
