I am thinking of selling my diaper in a kit. It would have the diaper precut for you with my Nifty Nappy pattern from the fabrics I use and love.
The kit would include: -precut
outer layer: cotton knit or flannel
absorbent layer: Organic Hemp Fleece
inside layer: Microfleece
lay-in insert: one layer each of Organic Hemp Fleece and Organic Bamboo Velour
3 pieces of elastic cut to size
I will also have a video tutorial on my webpage and one on u-tube along with written instructions.
It is basic sewing techniques that a beginner sewer can accomplish.
I use a serger for the finish, but it can be done with a simple sewing maching that can sew a straight and zig zag stitch.
Price would be $10
I will also offer a 100% Organic kit for $12
So what do you ladies think? would any of you be interested in something like this? does the price sound right?
just trying to put some feelers out there.
