I've been thinking about all the families out there with children affected by CMV. It breaks my heart knowing more babies are born all the time that will needlessly suffer and die because of CMV.
I am so very proud of everyone of you and the incredible things you do for your families! I hope that you are encouraged by the people in your lives and that you are being uplifted daily by those who love you.
You are not alone out there, even though it feels that way so often. Remember that other parents are out there looking for someone else to talk to. We are here, waiting to help others and looking for support from people who understand.
Take time for yourself today; whether its a nap, a good book, an hour on Facebook being encouraged or a great movie. Just take time for you! You deserve it!
