Any Moms from Hartford County with toddlers?

Hi All,
I'm new here. I'm 23, and from Hartford County. I have a 20 month old daughter and baby number 2 due in September. I have had a hard time trying to connect with other moms in my area. Most of my friends, being my age, don't have kids and just don't get it! I've been feeling a little isolated and would love to make some friends here and maybe find some play-date groups!

Hi Steffani-

I'm new here as well. I live in Hartford County....Hartford, CT to be exact. I have a 16 month baby girl.
