Well hi Randie! Awesome idea to start this community! I hope to see more people on it. I'm always worried on other communities that I'm going to offend someone. Not that that keeps me from speaking my mind but ;) you know...I don't want to be kicked out but I'm not going to be sooo cautious I'm not real either.
Anyway I found you on the vaccines thread in Stay at Home Moms. I'll try to refer to this community, when it applies, in my other postings. Good luck being the admin of this one! If it catches on it could get..."heated"! ;)

I'm glad I found this thread. I have had four natural births using the Bradley method. Completely natural birth is a controversial topic, especially when you want to avoid the electronic fetal monitor. I think intervention-free birth is a more accurate term.

My intro -- I'm CA and also thrive on a good debate. There's nothing more powerful to a mom than education. No matter what the topic is - we can't make the best decision without ALL the information. (And it can be hard to find unbiased information sometimes - especially with controversial topics! But we gotta dig deeper!)
Hope we get some good discussions on here :)

Intro! Im Erin, and I love a good debate. I enjoy reading all the sides and opinions, and when somebody comes up with a really good point, I can admit when im wrong!
Its also impressive to hear some really rediculous "facts and statistics" people can make up to boost their arguement (Example, all circumcised men reduce risk of uterine cancer) Really now!
I hope to see some action!

Hey sarah! Thank you for the help! Im positive it will get heated lol. But as long as there is no personal attacks or just plain meanness anyone is free to speak there mind! I love debates. Most of all I like seeing things from other peoples point of view. I'm a very open-minded person! I definitely think this community will be an awesome place for debates, and hopefully provide some good insight for both sides of the fence. Thank you for joining Sarah!
