I adopted a Special Needs Boy that absolutely LOVES music - it really seems to soothe him when he is having an episode. He loves Country Music, Christian Music, and Praise and Worship the best. I let him listen to whatever seems to soothe him at the time as it is deemed necessary.

Congrats and May God Bless you as you and your son grow together. Isn't awesome the way music can work in such miraculous ways and that there is so much great music available. I am a keyboardist/pianist and I LOVE music and so do my children. Praise and Worship music/Gospel Music is so up lifting. My 2 and 3 year old grandkids that live close by love to play piano and sing "Holy, Holy's. Most precious. So I say keep playing him the music. It does soothe a ruffled soul.
