Right now I am currently collecting crafty crap as my husband puts it:)LOL I've also been collecting scrapbooking junk for years. I really hope to one day put it all to use! I finally unpacked a bunch of stuff that was sitting in my basement at the old house. No basement here but an extra room that is our storage/craft(crap) room. I have also found a spot for my sewing machine that was buried for years. Next I might actually make something!

I'm a newbie, too. I've got a lot going on right now- Planning vacation bible school crafts for a few weeks from now. Also working through some ideas for our MOPS group to use this next year (starts in October). My personal projects right now are a nook bench cover (since my kids are little and so messy, and we don't want to have to re-finish the wood in a few years) and a kitchen-aid cover that I started a few weeks ago and just haven't gotten around to finishing yet.
I should clean up my craft space, too!

I'm going to bump this up... if Hayley gets back I'd love to know if she finished her giraffe for her mum! It will soon be that time of year again where we'll all be thinking of Christmas... so what plans do we have?

I finished the afghan for my cousin and gave it to her for her birthday in March. I'm working on another for my mum atm. I'm also trying to clean up my work space to craft LOL

My mum loves giraffes, so I am stitching a giraffes head for her birthday in June. I try to get a bit done every day, after the kids have gone to school and I have walked the dog! Time flies.

Hi, I'm a newbie to this group. I know this was started ages ago but anyway...

I recently finished a cross stitch that's a gift for my brother and SIL. It took me a year and a half! While working on that I also made a crocheted afghan for my 3 year old using lots of different textured wools in various shades of purple. I also love card making and have been making japanese dolls on cards. I've also done some layouts for scrapbooking. Not sure if you've heard about the fires in Victoria, Australia, but I wasn't far from that. A woman organised some scrapbooks for people who lost their homes and some friends and I took part in that.

At some point I need to finish knitting another afghan for my cousin... but I've started another cross stitch. I love that I can pick it up and put it down as I need to. I have 4 kids including a 9 month old LOL

Right now, I'm working on a cross stitch light plate cover for our future new house. Also working on a crochet afghan for my son and daughter. I always have about 5 crafts going at the same time. Did you finish your hat Jody?
