Ideas For Holiday Party Craft?

I'm in charge of throwing my daughter's Kindergarten Holiday Party next month. Typically they make a craft as a part of the party but I'm having one heck of a time finding an appropriate craft.

I would like to keep the craft neutral, staying away from Santa and Jesus, so it would be more of a winter themed craft.

I've thought of foam sticker crafts - but how creative is sticking stickers on stuff?

I've thought of keepsake with the kids hand prints on mittens - but I'm worried about the mess.



Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

i've seen a craft involving pinwheel(?- the round ones) noodles and white paint. they arrange the noodles into snowflakes, you could either paint the noodles before they get their hands on it to decrease the mess. i've also seen people use popsicle sticks to make snow flakes.



you can also take two candy canes, wrap brown pipe cleaners around where they meet and put googly eyes and a red nose on the pipe cleaners to make a candy cane reindeer.



kids also enjoy making cards/gifts for others at that age so you could do a card making thing, i bet they would LOVE giving their handmade card to a loved one!
