Ok, so I'm mostly just venting here. Why is it that when you go to Wal Mart, Target...ANY store that sells kid's clothing....there are TONS of racks of little girl dresses but ZERO nice clothes for boys? Take Wal Mart, for example. We were there last night looking to see if they had put out their Easter stuff yet. There were literally 6 racks of pretty spring time dresses for toddler girls. For the boys? There was ONE SIDE of a 4 sided rack, with 8 "sweater suits" (khaki pants, blue shirt and sweater vest). Of the 8 suits they had, NONE of them were over 6-9 month size. The woman told us to go look in the little boy's section. The smallest they had there was a 4...not a 4T....a size 4. It sucks big time because our boys are only little once. We get ONE SHOT in a small period of time where we get to dress them up and make them look cute as a button.....but they don't give us many choices. At any given time of year it's like this at pretty much every store. The same is true for the footed onesies. Little girls? Lots of choices in many sizes. Little boys? Well my Wal Mart has NONE ZIP ZERO footed onesies for boys over 6 months. Anyone else fighting this frustration?
Also, my boyfriend and I are getting married in less than a month and we are looking for an actual SUIT (slacks, shirt, jacket and tie) for our 16 month old. Anyone know where we can find one for a reasonable price in the Central Florida area? We tried Wal Mart (ehhh) and Target. Target has a suit but the problem is the 18 month old size pants fit but for the top he needs a 24 month size and they won't let me switch. They told me the other day that I have to buy TWO suits (at $30 a pop) if I need two sizes, which is just plain stupid. GRRRRR!!! Thanks for listening lol!
