Be Careful what you say???

Never to someone face.
However if my words actually held weight I would suggest to a certain someone that they might be better off putting a bullet in their head rather than face me in court next Tuesday. THAT I would say to this persons face if I thought it might actually occur. Would save me some pain and suffering and a long long drawn out court case.
btw, for those that don't know. This person sexually abused me as a child from age 6-9. So.... I think I think I think I think..... nope he's still here.

I have only spoke to or of two people in my whole life using those exact words. And they were two people that can safely be called sociopaths who have tried to harm me AND my children. They can both die and rot. But never to anyone else.Not even a little bit. I tend to be nice longer than I should to people.

I've told people to "drop dead" and "go to hell". I have no supernatural powers so I won't feel guilty if they dropped dead. I don't believe in hell so it'd be like telling someone to go to Narnia when they piss me off, a make believe place far away from me!

I would never say something like that to someone's face, but I'll admit to having said some rather nasty things about people behind their backs. Although never about friends or family members - actually, other than child abusers, the only person I've actually honestly wished ill towards was a lawyer I had to be up against in court once. I really, really disliked her! I still wouldn't have wished for her to die or go to hell though. Maybe just get an awful case of food poisoning or something! :)

Well, I don't really say anything awful like that to begin with. I don't really say anything mean to anyone, it's just not worth the anger for me or hurt towards them. I've never even FELT that way though.

Other than telling my ex to go to hell a few times after he told me he was leaving.... I have never and would never say those kinds of things to anyone anyway.

Things paople say to you can stay with you for the rest of your life. I have 3 specific things that different people have said to me....the first one being at 13.....that I will never forget and have affected me in some way and I am now 35.

these thing weren't about dying but they were about my weight and looks.....and they were said by friends of my parents.

Yep I am getting emotional just thinking about it now.

I don't know if I know anyone that I would wish dead or hit by a car and certainly not anyone that I wish would go to hell. I think you'd really have to hate someone to really mean words as strong as that. Although, when I hear about some of the horrible things happening in the world today to kids in particular, I sometimes wish nasty things would happen to the ones doing it.

I tend to not say things like that either, mainly because if that DID happen afterwards, I would feel absolutely horrible.

So I just tell them to f**k off, instead. :)

I think that words are very powerful and once they come out, you can't take them back. I'm pretty sure I've never said those 3 examples to anyone.

RECENTLY WAS VERY ANGRY AND WROTE ON FACEBOOK HOW MY MOTHER INLAW'S BF SHOULD DIES SOON SO EVERYONE WILL BE HAPPY....



MY MOTHER INLAW FOUND OUT ABOUT BY SOME GOSSIP PERSON....SHE DIDNT GET ANGRY COZ HER BF HAD MADE HER SON'S LIVES MISERABLE AND WAS TRYING TO MAKE MINE...



BUT NO MATTER HOW ANGRY I WAS...WHEN I READ IT THE NEXT DAY I REGRETED THE PART WHEN I SAID "I HOPE HE SHOULD DIES SOON SO EVERYONE WILL BE HAPPY" COZ NO MATTER HOW MUCH I HATE HIM I STILL HAVE MORALS AND FELT SORRY AND BAD ABOUT IT....NOONE IS HAPPY BEACUSE SOMEONE IS DEAD...EVERN IF YOU HATE THEM...UNLESS YOUR REALLY EVIL LOL.......

I do believe that words can be powerful, that's why I try to watch what I say b/c it can impact someone's life either negatively or positively. Granted, there have been times where I was so angry with someone that I said something on the fly, and I ended up really regretting it. So I do try to mind what I say.

If what i said came true i would definately not say them such as the examples you gave .
