I've recently stumbled across a FB fan page titled 'Curvy girls are better than skinny girls' (several of my male friends joined so it showed in my News Feed). So I went to have a look and while there are a lot of morons posting, it did pose some interesting questions.

Firstly, I'm not sure it's necessary to put down skinny women as a way to empower curvy ones. Celebrating a natural feminine body shape is fantastic, but ridiculing skinny women in the process is a bit tacky IMO.
I was also wondering how everyone feels about the term 'curvy', and how do you define it? Would you take it as a compliment or an insult if someone called you 'curvy'? And what about the men in your lives? How many men do you know that prefer a 'curvy' girl over a super-skinny one?
