List of ingredients in some of the shots out there. Not sure if it's up to date. I know everyone loves to slam any source at all. List your own sources if you feel the need to do that for the benefit of others.

There are tons of vaccines that have a byproduct of aborted fetal tissue and monkey cells?? And what the hell is "calf serum"? I can see why people are freaked out. Glad we have a history or reactions and don't get shots. I'm not for abortion and getting aborted fetal matter injected into my child - or cells from other animals...isn't that playing God? How far is too far with science?

Nope really don't care what is in it as long as my children are protected. Plus other than the flu vaccine no vaccinations in the US have mercury in them. The diseases they could get frighten me a hell of a lot more. Vaccinations are vital in my opinion.

As long as my child is healthy and safe.....It doesn't freak me out at all. I got the same shots when i was a kid and i'm a healthy 26 year old you created 2 beautfiful healthy little girls.

Here we go again...

Isn't that playing God? no such thing as God, so that doesn't bother me.

Has science gone too far? to protect my child against deadly diseases, no. Hell they can slap elephant sperm, fried eggs and sea monkeys in a vaccine, if it works I will use it.

So no, scare tactics regarding vaccines don't bother me, I am 100% comfortable in my decision to protect my child's life.

Ah, okay. I just wasn't sure because someone mentioned having to ask for mercury-free vaccines. You wouldn't have to ask if they all are anyways!

oh, i'd also like to point out for those concerned over the ethics of the aborted fetal tissue. The Vatican's Pontifical Academy for Life issued a statement in 2005 saying that it is wrong to make vaccines using aborted fetal tissue and that such practices should no longer be employed, however, it is acceptable to use vaccines developed from abortions that were carried out decades ago, because immunizations play a vital role in protecting life by preventing illness and death.



In part, when referring to concerns over the production of vaccines, the academy states: "...the burden of this important battle cannot and must not fall on innocent children and on the health situation of the population - especially with regard to pregnant women."



The Catholic Church and others concerned about the use of aborted fetuses in the development of vaccinations support alternative vaccines that have been prepared using animal as opposed to human tissues and cells. In some cases such alternative vaccinations are already available. If you want to learn more about alternatives or have specific concerns, contact your pediatrician for further information.





all vaccines in the usa are mercury free as well becky, except for the flu. you CAN get a mercury free flu shot, just ask for a single dose vial, instead of a multidose vial. :)

No, not really. Would I rather vaccines weren't made with any potentially toxic or harmful substances? Sure. Am I going to risk my children dying of meningitis or whooping cough over it? Not a chance!!
In Canada, all vaccines given to children, with the exception of the flu vaccine, are now mercury-free.

There is formaldehyde in fibreglass, carpets, foam in cushions, permanent press fabrics, paper products, household cleaners, shampoos, bubble bath, medicines and disinfectants. , food , the air you breath is the major contributor , ciggerettes everyone is exposed to it .

Also, that "new car smell" is actually the formaldehyde they use to preserve the fabirc in the car so it's fresh and new when the buyer gets it, so that crap is everywhere..

amen ladies, as i have said a million time got to love google for finding anything you want to back your personal views....where are the links to the pics of kids dying from these illnesses.....oh thats right it doesn't suit your purpose so there not there, not that anti vaxers are incapable of seeing both sides and making senisble arguments just go straight for the scare factor, i am so glad that there are mums out there who can see through the scare and make informed decisions for their families and more importantly for the commumity as a whole.

You are NOT injecting aborted stem cells into your child only a few vaccines were developed decades ago using stem cells but there has never been a vaccine in production that contains aborted stem cells no one has ever injected stem cells into their child.

Monkey tissue again the vaccine was CULTURED in the monkey kidney that is how they were able to develop these life saving vaccines , vaccines DO NOT contain said monkey kidney that was used decades ago in a lab to grow the vaccine .

Absolutely true. Formaldehyde is used to sterilize some vaccines. We use formaldehyde for this because it's found naturally in the human body, as it's a normal byproduct of metabolism and digestion.

People need to stop spreading this propaganda , vaccines save lives .

it doesn't scare me as much as the diseases they help prevent. as for the aborted fetal matter, The rubella vaccine virus is cultured in human cell-line cultures, and some of these cell lines originated from aborted fetal tissue, obtained from legal abortions in the 1960's. No new fetal tissue is needed to produce cell lines to make these vaccines, now or in the future. Fetal tissue is not used to produce vaccines; cell lines generated from a single fetal tissue source are used; vaccine manufacturers obtain human cell lines from FDA-certified cell banks. After processing, very little, if any, of that tissue remains in the vaccine.
So if there is any tiny residual cellular material in a vaccine, it is from cell lines. Although those cell lines originated in aborted fetal tissue decades ago, there is no aborted fetal tissue itself in the vaccine.

as for the other toxic ingredients, they get flushed out of your body. the amount you get in miniscule. you get more aluminum from your deodorant, and baking powder.

sometimes just not knowing is the most peaceful way to be, i have never been under any assumptions that vaccine was full of sunshine and lollie pops, of course it is full of things we have never heard of or imagined we would use in a medicinal way, but the onion pultice, and a bulb of galric hung on the front door really was proven an ineffciet way to deal with things and besides it's not like we are giving it to them every day as a treat like say maccas, that stuff freaks me out!!! i have never used a face cream with collegen in it af ter reading it was from calf feotus and will i ever get botox for cosmentic purposes, no it is a freaking dose of botulism, but plenty of people do....using those things for pure vanity on a daily basis is a far worse idea to me than getting my kids vacced against something that can seriously hurt them or some other poor un protected kid...

Some of that stuff is highly toxic in higher concentrations, such as Mercury! Some parents don't know that they can request for mercury free vaccines, depending on where you live. It's all about knowing what is absolutely necessary for the vaccine to work and being able to find out if there are similar vaccines with different ingredients (some companies may make a vaccine without MSG, but another may include it). Dr. Sear's vaccine book was very enlightening, I highly recommend it!

No it doesn't really freak me out. As long as it keeps my child safe and healthy, then thats all that matters to me. And if we have ways of doing that, then thats even better. I dont really look into the vaccines too much, there is such thing as Too Much Information.
