I didn't get a chance to read through this whole thread, but I hope to soon!!

Gracie loves giving high fives now. She goes up to someone, says 'five?' in the cutest little baby voice and then when she gets her 'five', she claps and says "yay!!". Just the other morning, actually I think it was Friday, we were laying in bed in the morning, she started crawling around on it. She spotted her shadow , put her hand up and said 'Five?'. Then she fived the wall and clapped for herself. :)

It's hard to pick just one, but that's my current favourite! :)

@Loureen, thanks, my oldest son is actually 17 years old, he lives with my ex husband and while we get along, he's 17 and busy as heck so we don't see each other as often as I would like.
I am going to be 37 this year. Thanks for the compliment, I'm naturally blessed with a youthful appearance, lol. It's true though, my mom also looked very young for her age until she hit about 45. Now she looks about 5 years younger than her 60 years.
I had my oldest son when I was just 19. So I started young.
I think having so many kids keeps me young in body and in spirit, so maybe some of that translates into my physical appearance.

TAVIER (13)..i love his honesty, if it isn't right he won't pretend, i love that you can't say anything to his mama or his sister without him stepping in for us, and i love that he asked me to buy him an updated websters standard dictionary so he can prepare for his SAT's..even though 8th grade doesn't even start until tuesday..



Sydney(8)..i love her nurturing spirit, she is almost too sweet i had to put her in karate to make sure noone takes advantage of it. She is so proper it is like living with a English teacher...lol...and her attention to detail, she didnt get that from me...



Rylan(3)...I love that he is wild, (except when it ends in signing his cast) he jumps in with both feet. He is so smart,.i did something one morning and he walked up and said..."mom, you did that on purpose"..and i was thinking..how does he know what doing something on purpose is?..lol...but guess what..i did do it on purpose and he called me on it...i love that he walks in and i am not smiling(not sad, just concentrating on something) he will say "mom, you not happy, you sad, let me hug you..."

My 11 y/o is still mama's girl and needs her hugs and cuddles. She is very sweet and wants to save every creature on the planet. Last week one of her friend moved away and we had to adopt a mouse and a fish from her...we already have a cat. So far so good lol.

My 4 y/o, where do I start.... She is highly independent, she'd probably try to make her own dinner if we let her. She'll give her toys to her friends if they ask and then come home and ask for a new one, she even tried to give her best friend some of her clothes. She loves to sing and do cartwheels and is really good at both.

I love them both to bits!!

I so needed this thread after the day I've had lol.

I love when my 19 month old daughter fake-sneezes and then says 'Bless You' to herself lol. I love that she is so confident and eager to learn. I love that she is talking in sentences and it's like talking to a 4 year old... I often catch myself thinking 'did I seriously just have that conversation with my baby?'

But mostly I love that she's mine ♥

Ahhh yes. We are entering the terrible two's so I LOVE this question!
J is ALWAYS on...he always has to have the last word and everything is very matter of fact. He gives the BEST dirty looks in the whole world. (I don't know where he gets any of the above from...) I guess basically I think it is awesome that he has so much personality and I always say he is my 5 year old trapped in a babies body.
BUT my fav thing is when he comes up to me and says "mommy, love you SO much!" followed by a big hug and kiss. He is so affectionate and kind! Ahhh love him!

I love catching my son sing to anything on Radio Disney and Kids Bop music, and then he gets all embarrased that I caught him sinigng. He also gets embarrased that he likes Justin Bieber becasue his older, boy cousin told him that ONLY girls can like Justin Bieber.

i love that even though my son is only 9 months old, he is a total GOOFBALL. my husband and i love play wrestling, and we did it daily up until the day before i was induced and i love that my son loves it too! he loves when we pretend like we're going to throw him onto the bed and he loves when we hit him in the face with pillows hahahaha. he loves to "blow raspberries" on people, and he will do it on any bare skin that he can get at...just today, he did it on my cheek because i was wearing a long sleeve shirt.

My older one (21.5 months) Kayla amazes me by how much she loves her little sister. She helps me change her, puts blankets on her, plays peek a boo with ehr and gives her toys when she's upset but I'm busy and can't do it. She also loves dancing along to the TV, or she'll "accidentally" drop her toys and then run around and go "oh oh" fvor like 5 minutes, then do it all over again.

My 6 month old Zoe, I love the way when she wakes up in the morning or after a nap, she's all full of smiles. I love when i'm laying next to her how she'll reach out and feel my face and explore my nose, eyes and mouth and hair, like it's so amazing. And most of all I love when her sister is playing with her, how she giggles like mad at the silliest little thing.

They are my two little angels and they are going to be SO close...

I love it when my 14 year old posts on his fb wall that he loves me and thanks for me being there for him.
I love it when my 10 year old daughter stays up really late cause she's reading "diary of a wimpy kid" and simply can't put it down.
I love hearing my 8 year old daughter singing while she cleans her room, her voice is like silk.
I love it when my 5 year old daughter comes up, wraps her little arms around me and says "you're my favourite person in the whole universe" lol
I love that Riley is now cruising the furniture and his favourite thing to do is blow raspberries on the inside of my knees. It tickles and when I laugh he giggles and does it again, but usually he's laughing too hard to get the next one in!

I love when Cooper ( 22 months ) dote on Harry , kissing him , patting him , pulling his blanket up when it slips off , singing to him when he cries , telling him "stories" , helping change his nappy , helping bath him he is amazing with him it makes my heart melt that he loves him so much , he is the first thing he runs in to kiss in the morning .



Harry i am really enjoying his giant smiles and coo's and those big deep dimples *sigh*

I love so many things about my son because he is just brilliant. Here are a couple:

~ I love his new dancing skills which he is now doing whenever he hears music be it songs on the radio, theme tunes to programs on tv or nursery rhymes he does the same dance. He does it standing up or kneeling up on his knees, then he shakes his head from side to side and waves his arms up and down while gently swaying his body up and down. I think I have a raver on my hands.

~ I also love the way he waves at me when we are playing 'Mommy's gonna get ya' - he sits and waves at me until I am close then he turns onto his knees and crawls as fast as his legs will take him giggling his head off while he does then he stops and sits back down and does it all again. So funny!

~ Finally I love how he giggles when we blow kisses before bed. When daddy puts him to bed I blow him a kiss and (with daddies help he catches it and then blows one back which mommy catches and saves for later) - he loves this and it always makes me smile.

My sweet daughter loves to sing. Her favorite song is "Twinkle Twinkle", though "Shoo Fly" is coming in as a close second. She can't say all the words to either song, but she'll sing the words she knows, babble in between and still be on beat! So cute!

My 18 mo LOVES to share food. We always share a good apple together. It's the best.

My5yo cracks me up because whenever she has to go to thebathroom she takes her crayons and coloring book with her. Yep #2.

right now my 5 year old has been doing some pretty damn funny things. he'll lick his finger touch me and make the sound that a match makes when it burns out (kinda like tssss), and goes "your hot mom!!".

my 3 year old does a funny thing called pirate face. he'll close one of his eyes and go "garrrhhhggh" like a pirate while contorting his face. it's adorable!!

I love when Kazyn tilts his head and shrugs his shoulders and says "I love you Momma" it's the most adorable thing ever! I also love on Friday mornings on our way into work Kazyn says "its Friday whooo hooo"! It's a wonderful way to start my day! Being a Mom is the greatest!! Happy Friday and holiday weekend everyone!

I love the fact that my oldest (who is 7) is very funny, has me laughing daily with his choice of words and "Jokes"
He has my back…(no one mess with his mom) he is one of the best “Little” men I know! He has told me that I would be beautiful no matter what I wore (because a few weeks ago after i did my hair and got dressed up I asked him how do I look…(mind you he said this while on the toilet) he said “Mom you look beautiful no matter what you ware, and I would still love you if you were bald…who ever made fun of you I would beat them up,” he melted my heart…
I love that my son Mikah(five months) wakes up with a smile 90% of the time and other times he simply wakes.
He is smiling all day long….even at most strangers he will give a little smile, but for me and the ones he knows he will show gums galore

Quentin still rubs my earlobes when he's tired, he's still a little bit of the baby I once had :) I love the bizarro explanations of the world that he comes up with...

and Eve is too grown up for words. I look at her every day and think "Wow...is that really my baby?" She loves helping other people and is actually very excited about learning how to do her own laundry...weirdo.

and Sharon, there's no loose glitter allowed in my house...herpes.

My son has been having conversations on his toy phone the last few days. Yesterday i told him it's time to eat his PB&J. He went and picked up his toy phone and said "ELLO? Nana? Papa? ...yeah.... No I not eat peanut sami. Bye..... bye." I guess i got my answer.
He also likes to pester our cat and I always warn him if you're not nice to the kitty he'll bite ya! The other night we were playing with Morgan in her room b4 bed. He picked up her cat shaped teething toy "A cat Mama!" Then he put it to his face and said "OW! He bite!"

I love Michaela's enthusiasm for everything. She has no qualms and does not hold back. Specifically, when we go to an activity she just gets right in there ready to learn. This was our last week at soccer and it was pouring rain. We put her in a full yellow rainsuit and pulled her soccer jersey on over top. We thought that she would be hesitant because it was pouring, but once we got her hood straightened out so she could see, lol, she ran right over to the 'magic line' where they wait for instructions, plopped herself down, and shouted, 'ready Sean' (the coach's name). All the other kids were still cowering under their parent's umbrellas and when they saw her, they ran out to join. It just gives me a thrill to see her so confident and enthusiastic. I was never ever like that, so I'm glad that I do not seem to have passed on my own shyness & reticence to my daughter. I think she's cool.

We have 3 boys

My oldest SS (10): He's just so inquisitive. He talks A LOT and I can't even explain everything I love about the kid... He always sees the minute details and remembers them! He is so excited about everything and eager to learn. He is a very emotional child and it shows by him getting overwhelmed often but it makes him who he is and I love how intense he is in his emotions and reactions.

My 2nd SS (8): He is quieter and most of the time prefers to play alone. He's so resilient. He has such a good heart and always is there to support everyone around him. He's a big cuddly bear too. I LOVE CUDDLES ;) He also come to my defense at any time... One time a lady told me I was shooting me dirty looks because obviously i look young to have 3 kids. So she asked him how I liked my babysitter... I swear he went red and told her: " She's MY MOTHER". Later, I asked him why he said I was his mom not SM, he said: "you do all the things a mommy does, cook, help play so it's the same." I almost cried.

My son(22 months): I just LOVE when he sings he particularly love Lady Gaga and Beyonce and will sing Telephone. He's very smart and is always 2 steps ahead of us. He loves to help around the house and loves playing tricks like hiding around the corner and coming out screaming: "BOO" then giggling uncontrollably. He also gives me cuddles when I am sad and says "Wooove you". He makes my heart melt.

ok I've got three kids...

Oldest boy - I LOVE that he always gets me. I can talk to him about why I'm angry about something he did or why I'm happy as hell about something he did and he actively works on it. I swear, he's 15 but I can tell what I say matters because I see it in his actions, even when he doesn't say anything except "yeah."

Younger boy - the empathetic sweetheart of the 3. He tries so hard at everything. He throughs himself into every activity with genuine enthusiasm and no embarassment! He knows I've always got his back no matter how difficult what he wants to do is.

My youngest - girl - wears all her emotions on her sleeve for the world to see. She wants to be everyones' friend and wants everyone to like her. She's so independent though. She can entertain herself for hours with a ream of construction paper, glue & scissors. She has her own supply of glitter glue, loose glitter, markers etc, but actually constructing stuff is her passion. A couple of days ago she told me she wanted to take her lunch. It was my first and sort of worst day of being really sick. I moaned but said I would do it. Then I fell back into misery. A few minutes later she came out with a bulging lunch bag. I said "did you make your own lunch?" She said "yeah." I said "what did you make? Should I make the sandwich?" she says "No, I did it. cheese, meat & mayo. I also got a v-8 fruit drink, applesauce and some goldifsh crackers. Enough for me & kaylee so we'll be ok."

They are just soooo awesome!!

I love it when my 10 month old dances. It's the cutest thing I've ever seen. She bounces up and down, then sways side-to-side, and nods her head. Then repeats the process. Without any music lol :D

Good topic...

I'm coming off a hell-bent morning where we had a flat tire and Ro screamed all the way to daycare, then didn't want me to leave her there...so i could use some happy thoughts!

I love it when Ro sings. Right now, she sings songs where I can tell the tune (usually the ABC song) but can't really make out what words she's putting in there. But her singing always puts a smile on my face.
