So here in Canada Thanksgiving is two weeks away. I have had my decorations up for the last week.
I have the Halloween ones ready to go the day after Thanksgiving when I switch them over.
The day after Halloween they get switched for our Christmas ones.
I also have Easter decorations for when that time comes around. I may eventually get more for other holidays but these are the big ones for us because we have children.
So onto the debate. Which holidays do you decorate for? Do you have a lot or only a little? Does anyone give you grief over it? IS there such a thing as too much?
LOL I ask the last one because my husband and his friends ALWAYS poke fun when I drag out the decorations. I have one medium sized tub for Thanksgiving and one for Easter. Two big ones for Halloween and 6 big ones for Christmas plus one medium one. They think I go over board. I'm of the mind, whatever gives that magical air for my children I will gladly do. My parents did it for my siblings and I, I will do it for our kids. Holiday memories hold a special place in my heart. They were always memorable and I want the same for my kids.
