I could not respond nicely to the woman who wants to send her 5 kids away so that she can help her boyfriend of 3 months get clean. I can be diplomatic, but I've got nothing nice to say. All I could think of was, "I'm crying for your children." I didn't think that was quite what she's looking for. Argh.
