We do crafts, read, bake, make popcorn and watch movies. Or we take an umbrella and go out and play in the rain.

What's for dinner tonight?

After my son goes to bed I usually sit down at the computer, read, play Xbox or write (if I'm not working that is)

Nope. No pets, but we would like to get a dog in the future. A big dog, like a boxer maybe.

If I couln't live in Canada I would move to St Marrteens. It's where my husband and I went for our honeymoon and we fell in love with the country, the people and the food.

What is the one thing that you absolutely cannot handle having in your house?

Breastfeeding. I truly believed that my tits were going to fall off and I'd bleed to death.

If you couldn't live in your current country (which is?) where would you move to and why?

Some one who is trusting and trustworthy, some one who wants to share my life not be my life, some one who cares about himself enough to care about me. Some one who is kind and generous but not a push over. Some one who makes me laugh and smile every day.

@Heather
You can eat a lot of flowers, and a lot of them are great to grow with veggies as they ward off certain pests.
Nasturtiums are delicious in salads and are great to grow with kids from seed, they are hardy and easy to grow. They also come in a lot of pretty jewel colours.
Violets can also be grown and eaten as can Calendula, which is a type of marigold, they are also good in salads, and be used to make a great salve for dry skin.
Lots of flowers share my veggie garden!
:)
carry on..

battered women shelters. growing up the way i did, with my mother not having anywhere to go when she was being abused by my father, is a major factor in that decision! :)

I despise any and all type of yard work. I grew up on a couple of acres, and my parents loved it; their yard is as manicured and landscaped as a golf course! They were horribly disappointed that I didn't take after them in this respect. Luckily, my husband enjoys it, so our flowerbeds are pretty decent!

@Sara, it used to be country life, but now I live in a tiny town in the countryside, not city life but country life with neighbours and stores etc.

Favourite colour? Chocolate Brown.

do you garden? flowers or veggies or both?

I SAH so there isn't a day off with my kids. But when I get some me time I go to lunch with my friends without my son :-)

Next: What's your favourite colour?

[deleted account]

Day off? My day off means the kid is NOT here...lol! Our typical day usually includes doing a craft, playing outside, cooking, running an errand or two, chores. I've had a few "days off" because Eliza went to her aunts' house about an hour from here. Her grandmother is in town and is staying over there. I miss her...but my "days off" have meant that my house is now spotless.

Question: country or city?

happiest memory? One that stands out as being a really happy day would be the day I got my full drivers license. And another would be the day shortly after when i got my first car.
Having 6 kids were all happy memories, but that would be too easy of an answer, lol
I love to drive.

A night owl. At least I was before having a child. I only function in the morning with a proper dosing of caffeine.

Having fun! Confidence in myself, enough to loosen up and just simply be a kid/teen/young adult.

Are you a morning person, night owl, or some other random thing?

About 30 minutes from here...in a restored historic home overlooking the river on 10 acres of rolling land. I couldn't move too far away, because I'd miss my family, and this is home.
