Essentially this is a lottery in the UK open to ANYONE. If your ticket is drawn you win IVF treatment, if you are single you also get a sperm donor or egg donor and surrogate.
If standard IVF doesn't work you will be offered fertility drugs and possible donor eggs if yours are no good.
Apparently this is coming on the heels of restrictions from private insurance etc. to pay for IVF which is leaving many parents without options.
What do you think?
Do you think this minimizes the creation of life?
Do you think this is morally wrong?
What do you think and why?
