whats some things I can do to help my 7 month old not be distressed when I am away for 7 nights next month She wont be in my house but Im going to take her cot toys and her blanket her rattles is there anything else that will will she forgot how to breast feed by the time I come home? Really hoping she wont

thats what my fiance says but mum thinks it will mke it easier for her to take a bottle

If she won't take a pacifier, don't bother with it. That is one bonus for yourself. If you get her onto one now it could be very difficult to get her to drop it later.

no she wont take a dummy cause shes breast fed my mum wants me to get her onto one though. she has a blanket that she chews to go to sleep. I will be offering as soon as I come home and have started expressing some milk but dont want to increase my supply plus could only express on one side because I fed off the other before her bed time

She won't forget how to breastfeed. I am sure she will pick up again when you come home.You'll be the first one she will want to see! Make sure you offer her the breast you come home. Don't wait for her to ask. Also...does she take a pacifier? Does she have a special toy that she chews?

Im gonna start expressing some milk tonight I do not want to increase my supply because Ill be sore on my wedding day/ hair /makeup trials hens night etc but Its gonna have to be done. My plan on the wedding day is to breast feed morning and lunch time before the wedding. Ill try expressing after she has gone to bed tonight

As long as she's full I don't think it matters. Logan went through phases of refusing to drink bottles.

the back of the formula pack says 4-5 bottles a day after 6 months of 250 mills but Ive just bought the constipation formula today and not looked at it I know they are all different. Everyone told me the amount she has is not enough but it satisfys her as a whole fee and that is 130 mills or less. She still has at least 5-8 breast feeds a day though

It's hard to tell, my kid has always been on formula so he was having about 4 240mL bottles a day at 8 months, sometimes 1 during the night. Breast milk might be different though.

yes she has bottles once a day its taken 2 months to get her to drink them now shes fine iwth it she used to scream for about 3 hours then have little bits now she has about 130 mills a day plus 120 mill bottle of prune juice. I only introduced the bottle to get her used to it when she was 5 months old. she eats solids twice a day sometimes alot sometimes next to nothing. I havent stored breast milk when I was planning on giving up I got rid of it all in cereal or food should I be expressing some for while Im away how much will I need she will be nearly 8 months

Does she eat any solids? Have u stored some breast milk so she can have some in cereal or thru a bottle/sipper ? That way she still has the taste...

She won't forget how to breast feed, but it probably will be traumatic. Have you already tried her on bottles? That's going to be the hardest thing.
