Give me everything - Pitbull & Ne Yo
He showed me this song when we were "friends". Lol he said it reminded him of me.
We started dating and danced to it in the bars. We've been together 2 and a half years now and waiting for a proposal in the near future ♥

This song I love by this band. Who sadly are no longer together. It sums up exactly how I feel about my husband. :)

This song holds so much meaning for me and my hubby because when we were told we wouldn't have children we both retreated into ourselves instead of supporting each other, after a few months of serious hurting we finally realised we needed to work together and together we could overcome anything, including infertility. It still makes me sob when I listen to it, every single time.

James Blunt always reminds me of our first holiday together, he brought me the album for my birthday and we listened to it all holiday, while he serenaded me with your beautiful...

OK so 'our' song is Flaming Lips - She Don't use Jelly because one day we decided that everyone had a song and we wanted one, we decided to switch the music channels on and have the first song, this was it :-)

It's my kind of music as well although I enjoy all kinds of music...well except for the hardcore head banger stuff...I just can't get down with it! :)

Edit to add: I love to dance so it's got to have some rhythm! :)

My husband used to have his alarm set to play the radio when it went off. The first night I spent at his house, the alarm went off and played the Beatles "I saw her standing there," so that's our song :)

From when we first got together: Anything by The Smalls, Eazy E or Sublime.

Music is such a big part of our life so it's hard to pick out just a few.

The first song makes me tear up and think of him:

And the second one is my panty remover:

Umm.. Summer love by Justin Timberlake (it was popular then and we listened to it all the time b/c we were 'in love' when we met)

Hey there Delilah by Plain White T's just b/c.. Don't really know why, but it just seems to fit.

Irreplaceable- Beyonce, Stronger- Kanye West, Smile- Lily Allen, What goes around Comes around- Justin Timberlake, U + Ur Hand- Pink---> Those would be when we broke up for.. a few days, until I found out I was pregnant..

Cupid's Chokehold- Gym Class Heroes-- When we got back together and acted like nothing happened..

I know I have more, but I'll be back later..

One song that has always stood out for me and my husband is 'Thank You' by: Dido.

When we were dating I believe it was, this song was popular at the time and it would always come on when we were driving around. My husband (boyfriend at the time), would thank me for me being in his life and he would continue to thank me for everything I would say and do that he loved.

So everytime I would hear the song and he wasn't with me, I would think back to what he said and it would put a smile on my face:-)

And I suck, I don't know how to post the video hahaha

RE-POST! My videos didn't post right the first try so I'm trying it again....

Me and my wonderful, loving, kind husband are mostly "Silly Love Songs" by Wings (that's from the 70's, for all of you young honey bees) with a healthy splash of "I Used to Love Her" by Guns N' Roses (that's from the 80's for all of you even slightle less young honey bees lol). Here are the videos and I hope they post right this time:

"Crash Into Me" by Dave Matthews Band reminds me of when my husband and I were first dating. That song just seemed to follow us around everywhere.

More!
We used to play this in our band and do everything we could to mess up the horn players (I played piano and he played drums and then there was the bass player we conspired with).

One of our favourite Maiden tunes. He went without me to a concert (LAME) and called me all drunk on his phone when they were playing this. I couldn't even hear it, but I knew what it was.

He's always playing Johnny Cash

We have some songs that we sing around the house because they are ridiculous. They change frequently. Right now they are these two:

that was the wedding party dance at our wedding (at last-etta james). and you are my sunshine is a huge favorite of mine. my grandfather would sing it to my grandmother all the time when they were younger. when she was in the nursing home dying, he would sing it to her everyday. makes me tear up when i hear it! :)

[deleted account]

Anything big band, because we got to know each other by going out and swing dancing.

At Last - Etta James was what we danced to at our wedding.

You are My Sunshine - our song with our daughter =)
