ok, so our "official" song is this one, lol!! we made cd's for each other on our first christmas together, and said if the same song was on it that would be "our" song. we always joked about this song, chad hates country. well, i couldn't get youtube to work a good video, but it's "If i could make a living out of lovin you", by clay walker.

we very seldom get to lay in bed and "feel the love" as he calls it..lol..i work nights when i work so i sleep during the day and he walks me to the truck at night and when i come in he's leaving, so when the weekend comes, and sometimes when i get in on a sat ot sunday morning, we just throw pop tarts and cereal on the counter for the kids and "feel the love" with a "do not disturb sign" until lunch...

Ahhhh i HATE Copperhead road. Whenever i hear that song i have to turn the radio off! It reminds me of the worst newyears EVER!

when my husband was deployed he was lonely, jealous and scared of being forgotten, it didn't help that the neighbor was helping me fix the truck for free(i would give him money anyway) so he was also feeling helpless and like somebody would try to take advantage of his "lonely navy wife"..it caused some spats, nothing big, but annoying...so i just wanted him to know he is the only person i think about, no matter what...

Closer by Goapele. This song is very special to the both of us. We listened to it everyday a couple weeks prior to getting married. Every time I hear it, it takes me back to those days. I love it! :) We even danced to it at our wedding reception. Sorry I'm so lame and can't post the video! :)

when i met the husband, i was in nursing school and he was at the end of a relationship with a sucky girl and i knew i liked him when i was writing his and my name in hearts in my notebook and textbook during med-surg...no wonder i couldn't sell those books..lol
