It's been reported many times. The "mother" profile got banned but the child pics are still up.

Kate reported them to the Dallas police dept and a case file was opened.

I reported them to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children

[deleted account]

COMs management has been informed.

By locking the account the "mother" will not be able to access the account to remove the images. So they remain for the police to investigate. Police have been contacted. I'm sure they'll be able to get in touch with COM to further investigate.

I don't know if they can save the content and IP if they delete but it's probably easier at this stage to keep it intact.

PS. I'm not even going to look myself.

I can report it to DPD (Dallas Police). Lemme call their non-emergency number and see what they say.

You can also report child pornography online by forwarding the site address to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) at

cybertipline.com.

NCMEC will forward your report to the appropriate investigative agency for follow-up.

They got rid of the Mom but the kid's profile with the pics are still there.... UGH How many more times does someone need to see these terrible pics before they get rid of them?? Oh my, it's terrible! If I knew what police to contact I would...

If you see this, leave this form field blank.

Ashley,

It was a very young girl, maybe about 6 or so in very skimpy lacy panties that showed her bare butt, a black see thru blouse, and knee high black boots.

It was very child porn like....

I reported them yesterday and CoM sent me an email an hour ago say, the "mother" has been black listed and they have removed the photos. If you click on the link it just take you to the home page now thank goodness.

From what was posted of the 'mother's' description of herself - "Sexually liberated woman, married to a sexually liberated man, with sexually liberated children"....

I highly doubt this is a description a pageant mom would use. Sounds almost like pedo-code speak or some shit.

I just clicked on that picked and gasped! OMG the thought of some of those sick freaks out there looking at her...it makes me sick! I don't care if that little girl's mother is the head of the PTA. SHE IS AWFUL

Just to quickly answer the question of whether the photo's can be kept for the Police in case they are taken offline:

COM would have a database. With more than likely a retention period for how long the backups are stored. For political reasons, they would need to keep these records for a while. Even if we do not see them, COM can give access to them for the Police.

Any Police detachment with internet abilities can get the ball rolling, they will be able to dig and see where the origin came from by retrieving the mac address and IP of the PC that was used. That will give them a where for the culprit. They would then turn the investigation over to that department...

ok just read the other comments, feel stupid now. i dont know if a local pd can do something since it is the internet and isnt this sight international? i'm thinking this is more like an FBI kind of thing. it could just be some white trash padgent mom who honestly doesnt see the issue, or it could be some pathetic person just trying to really get everyone angry, or worse yet it coulld be a perv makes me happy i have no real pics of my kids up on this site.

Good on you Kate! and I was going to say, I'd be asking him what he'd say if it was HIS 6 year old Daughter in those Pics...

*sigh* damn Pedophiles.

Is that a real picture? if so then i believe the woman should probably be reported to some kind of child protective services, and sine the photo looked professional i would hope the photographer and parent would be slapped straight into jail for what looks like child porn.

I asked him how he would feel if it were HIS 6 year old daughter. He shut up after that.

Rebecca: There is an impending investigation so police will be able to access the data with the right papers. Just because it's "offline" doesn't mean it's gone. To really erase something from your computer takes a LOT of work. Just dragging something to the recycling bin won't get rid of it.

Can the administrators save these pictures? Like it or not, but they are evidence. I would hate for the police to try to link in to the page and have them be gone. Admins???

[deleted account]

I was stunned when I saw those pictures. To me, that is soft-core child porn. I think those pictures should be reported to the police. Seriously. Any idea who this mom actually is and what state she is located in?

I just submitted to the National Center for Missing and Exploited children too. I figure it can't hurt to have another report in there. I just want the pics gone and the sick F**K that put them there to get a severe look into.

BTW my husband gave me a WTF moment when he said: Well maybe she's just playing dress up. Thanks dear.

You know, studies have been done that show that the more witnesses there are to a crime, the less likely it is to be reported because of the 'Someone else will do it' syndrome.

Glad to see that's not the case here. Might want to tell your husband that if he's miffed, still, Kate. It is always safer to err on the side of caution, than do nothing and someone gets hurt.

Woah, that's not appropriate at all. Glad everyone here already reported it, I will do the same. I am skeptical of it's authenticity- hopefully it's just a fake- I know Parents.com had a person repeatedly making fake accounts a year or two ago. But STILL. Woah. That makes me cry.

I want to say what a great bunch you all are. There is no way admin , mods can police the whole sit after all the only know what a member tells them. I could be a 10 foot space monster on here to study the human race, lol. I love the fact that we are a debating site and end up disagreeing etc but when it comes to something like this we can pull to-gether and help the admin by pointing it out ,thereby making it easier for them to deal with ♥

So I called a friend on the police dept here. He said he'd try to do something, but they don't have ay kind of internet team here(small hick town) He said it would be best that someone forward it to a law inforcement agency that is known to have internet workers. I don't have that kind of knowledge. Anyone else?

I don't believe this is a mother my worry is if who ever it is was able to look at photos of other members kids. There is a very bad smell about this and needs to be reported to police. Think about it. This would be a perfect site for prev's.

Thats horrible, and theres no way that account was real, because that child isnt 9, shes around 5/6. Clearly just some troll trying to get people worked up. Shame though that, that child is real, and for the rest of her life those pictures will be somewhere on the internet.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You're right; those pictures and several of her postings were completely inappropriate. We have banned that user from the site and will keep an eye out for future appearances.

Don't click, that is some messed up stuff. I'm thinking this is not a real mom...this is someone exploiting this picture for reasons I don't want to know about. Yeesh, I think I gotta wash my retinas.
