Well of course they are, they don't know what they're missing.
If they could have all the sensation back that was stolen from them, they would. If they knew how much better it felt to have a foreskin protecting their cock, they would.
Guys who are cut as adults for medical reasons almost always report a loss of penile sensation. So doesn't that say that if they had not been cut, sex would be better? So those that were cut at birth or in the early years, can't really say they prefer being cut because they've never been intact.
