Not really a debate, but you can debate them if you like. Are there any good ones you know? I've got one right now, but it woudl be nice to switch it up a bit, for instance, the first time I did mine, it focuses a lot on legs and squats and I could barely sit down on the can or do stairs for 5 days after, so I couldn't really do it again, but if I had a cardio DVD, I would have done that one, still gotten a workout.
I was looking at the biggest loser ones, I like anything kid of kick boxing style or maybe dance style, I like moving around, but since I can't get out that often and those fitness classes are super expensive, I figure if I can self motivate, these DVDs should be fine for a while.
So are there any good ones that really got you going? Did it work for you if you did it?
