My name is Trisha and I have an 8.5 yr old son and a daughter. We live in Iowa...Marion/Cedar Rapids area.
My daughter Shaelynn will be 2 on Sunday (12/20). She is full of spunk and loves to get into mischief...definitely keeping me on my toes...unless she's wanting to watch a movie, then she's pretty calm. She likes to get into stuff and has to touch everything!! She's also a jumper. She looks at books periodically, but not for long. Her two faves are Itsy Bitsy Spider and Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star by Kate Toms. She'll pretty much eat anything, with the exception of meat...it has to be ground meat. No interest in potty~training yet. Just got moved into a toddler bed (tho she ends up in my bed). Loves her B (binky), blanky, and bear.

My daughter is the opposite with meat. It's ground beef she's picky with lol. Mine is also all over the place, but she loves to read. Her birthday is the 1st so she just received a lot of new books to read to her. We went to a toddler bed in May and she still has yet to get out of it until we open the door in the morning. Potty training is going ok in our house. She goes every morning when she gets up and every night before going to bed. She's not as consistent during the day, but a lot of that has to do with her Day Care teachers not always able to take her since she's one of the only ones potty training in her room and she still doesn't tell them she has to go potty.
