Musical potty chairs!!!

I have to laugh at this one.any or all ladies that are potty training there children or are about to start should know what I mean. My boyfriend and I were in Walmart the other day looking at potty chairs and we came across a few that played music when the child goes potty. I had a WTF moment...lmao.. I mean yes they are cute and when the child goes potty and it plays music as a sort of reward ,yeah...thats a good idea. But who came up with a potty that plays music. If I were to sit on a toilet that played music when I went, I think I would jump off in fright. I just think it is hilarious with some of the new things they are coming out with now and days. Shoot, when my mom was potty training me years ago, all I had was one of those wooden potty chairs with the removeable plastic thing. Talk about getting jipped.

I must admit i have the throne potty but did not put batterys in i got it 4 my 1st son now 6yrs because he could not sit on the potty very well he would wobble of then get upset so in the end he would not go on. So i got the throne potty by fisher price only 4 the reson it look's like a chair & he could sit with no problem he was so happy with it he was toliet trained in 3wks of getting it. But as i say i did not have the music play i did not think that was not a good idea.

I can only imagine an 18 month old sitting on the "royal thrown" and it start playing music when they made a "deposit" they'd jump ten feet and that'd be the end of training for awhile lol.



LMAO...I can just imagine Kiera sitting on one of those royal thrones going potty then have it play music...she would probably take off running with her diaper around her ankles....LMAO

I completely agree. I had the same thought. My son has been sitting on the potty since he was 9 months, and does most of his BM's there. I don't consider him being potty trained, but hopefully it'll be easier when the time comes. We got a plain and simple seat that goes on the potty. No music, just clapping and cheering from us!
