Hi, my name is Katie. I have a 10 year old daughter and a 2 year old son. I think it's time for my son, Josh, to potty train...he is now at the stage where he loves to take his diaper off and wipe with a wipie soon after. However, he has absolutely no desire to sit on the potty. I even purchased one that plays music once it senses liquid inside, hoping this would entice him. To no avail. Any suggestions?? Thank you ,

Just continue to allow him to explore the potty. Most kids learn to take their diaper off long before they are ready to use the potty. Try putting it on backwards. Take him with you to the potty to show him what is supposed to go in the potty. Throw some cheerios in and let him sink them. Reward him with a sticker or a favorite treat when he goes. Have his sister encourage him as well. He'll get it.
