hey I am Naomi I am 20 mother of 2 and 1 on the way I found that as soon as he shows signs of a tanty i move him to a safe place and being consitent with my punishment and destraction I usually put him on grass or pillows if he really needs to my son was born in december 07 but so far i am lucky just a few bumps he has a problem of trying to tip the chair over when we are eating he will swing on it and freak out if i hold onto the chair then he will bang his head on purpose he has gotten better so i don't worry about so i suppose just keep doing what ur doing and hopefully it will stay the same or get better u don't want him to get worse Naomi

Hi Magan, my name is rebecca a mother of 2! my daughters 11 years old and ive been extremely lucky with her...but then we had our son last december....my son sounds like he's doing nearly the same things besides as Noah, i had manya nose bleeds, lumps and pumps i couldnt explain! i had tried talking him through what he done, i used a naughty chair, i sent him to bed etc...but nothing seems to improve his behaviour! for a little under a month i've been trying alot to get him involved within the daily routines so i can actually get something done through out the day! For example... putting plastics in cupboards whilst i wash up. passing me pegs whilst i hang the washing... And its slowly started to inprove! Instead of his screaming and throwing himself around the floor im actually finding him helping me do the daily routines. i've actually started enjoying time with him again instead of counting down the hours for him to sleep again!

I hope this may help you help control his temper! but if not try and stay calm.... it will get better with time as he understands more
