now she is 2 years & 10 months , she is not taking her nap at all , she refuses to sleep during the day , she sleeps at night about 8 :30 or 9 :00 pm , & she walks up every morning at 7:30 am to go kindergaten , she is back home @ 1:30 pm i know its not enough time of sleep for her , please help

not every child needs to nap durring the day it all depends on the child .some children love to sleep and some dont. if you find she is cranky at night because of no nap durring the day then put her to bed a little earlier.

even if she doesn't sleep it's good for her to have some quiet time just get her to lay down and she might fall asleep for you

my 2 yr 10 month old doesn't nap at all unless she sleeps in car by accident 20 mins at most or she will be up till 10pm I think it is normal

How long has it been going on? My son went through a phase where he didn't nap for a week, then all of a sudden started napping again. I still kept him on a napping schedule. He would stay in his bed for 2 hours, talking to himself. Then one day, he started sleeping again!
