I have found for our son Vasaline works best the other diaper rash creams just don't do it for his skin plus a lot cheaper & more of it than the other choices

I use to use Penetin(spelling) and it just wasn't working and actually a stranger came up to me one day while changing my daughter in my vehicle and told me about Zincofax. It works GREAT!!

I agree that Aveno baby is great at treating the rash, luckily my daughter has only had one once. I usually use vaseline at almost every diaper change as well. It's alot cheaper and comes in bigger quantities. It also is good for mommy's hands too :)

A&D to prevent... Triple Paste once rash present. Use thin layer though. Adding too much moisture can prolong rash.

Destin has really prevented my daughter from even getting diaper rash. She's almost seven months and has yet to get one.

I'm with Jessica! It is called Butt Paste, but it's Beadroux's (or something like that) Butt Paste. It worked wonders for my 4 year old who had bleeding diaper rashes when he was a baby. And so far it does the trick for my 6 month (almost 7!) old. Sometimes if the rash gets really bad (bleeding) you can put lotrimin on it first and then the paste. Hope this helps.

i use plain old vasiline and plenty of fresh air, let her nap naked, lay out a changing pad and cover it with a soft towel, or lay her out in the shade naked on a blanket when your outside, and use just a little vaseline when the diaper is on.

I really like Destin overnight. And to avoid diaper rash I put vaseline on my son. And letting their bottoms air out some will also help.
