my daughter has started freaking out if she is left alone in her room or anywhere else in the house for that matter. we just give in cause my husband needs the sleep. what is going on? is this just a crazy phase?

its what they call seperation ansity all kids this age go through it my son is doing it to we have been trying to show him that if we leave we will be back, another thing we have been doing is making sure we lay with him till he falls asleep, we turn on a night light, and read a couple books it all seems to help also if he wakes up at night we make sure one of us go in right away then he seems to calm down and goes right back to sleep
