So, I bought the 6 pack of puffs at Sam's Club not noticing that half of the containers are strawberry/bananna.... I know my LO shouldn't have strawberries now but what about the puffs... the ingrediants say strawberry puree??? thoughts?

My son also has the strawberry puffs. and according to his pedi it is just fine for him to have the baby foods with strawberry in them. He actually said that it is now said the younger kids are exposed the least likely they would develop an allergy. (research is always changing)

I would agree if there are no allergies then go ahead with the puffs. Our son has been eating strait strawberries and he loves them.

If your LO has a history of allergies then no I wouldnt give them. Natalie has Dairy and Soy allergies and her Ped Allergist said absolutely no strawberry anything till a year. But like the other posters said..if no allergies just give them and just like any other baby food see if she has a reaction.

I agree, my son has had strawberry yogurt . . . just watch the first couple times to make sure that there is no reaction.

My son is 7 months old and he eats everything from pancakes to frenchfries all types of fruits and veggies. One of his favorite treats are the strawberry puffs. Just be sure that there are no reactions.

We give our daughter tastes of strawberry jam, strawberry puffs, those gerber yogut things in strawberry. No issues. Start slowly and make sure they don't develop an allergy first.

Strawberries are ok after the baby has tried all other fruit approved for the age (per my son's Pedia.) I gave my son strawberry/banana yogurt mixed with rice cereal today and he is fine.
