Does anyone else have stretch marks? I got them all over my upper thighs! I am hoping they go away....do they? It is very ugly sight and I wouldn't even be able to cover them up with a swim suit in the summer time! Do they go away????????

Thanks to all the responses...at least I am not alone in this...I hate that they are all over my legs and bum! But I am going to have this baby in 2 weeks and I just hope they fade so much they won't be noticeable! Thanks everyone!

It's so funny, but the only place I have them is in a ring around my belly button! WTH? This is my second child and they didn't go away in between, so I don't expect they ever will. I'm not too much into wearing a bikini anyway, so I'm not too worried about it. Just think of them as a badge of honor for the hard work you've done. :-) And personally, nothing I tried made a dent in getting rid of them.

I've just started to get them on my tummy...I have three medium-sized ones below and two little ones above my bellybutton. I'm hoping they won't get too extreme, although, I think back to how completely freaked out I was about stretch marks early in my pregnancy, and I just laugh. I'll likely try some creams to lighten them, but I mean, there are so many great things in life to occupy my mind that I just don't have a lot of room for worry about stretch marks!! :-) Try to keep it in perspective.

Also, consider how many moms you've seen at the beach...now, how many times did you notice their stretch marks? Unless you went looking for them, you probably didn't!

I wish I would of heard of the the tonic oil. I have a belly full of them and yes they do fade over time..... In my opionion I think stretch marks on the belly r the hardest to hide because the skin elastic tissues have been stretched and torn and they r hard to connect back. the ones on ur thighsr usually really small and after awhile no one will notice. My daycare kids and my own kids always askd me about my stretch marks and I always told them that LIL j or Big T put them there to show me how much they loved me and arent they cool. Everone of my children and daycare children are very pround of the stetch marks they helped put on their momma.

I started getting stretch marks around 5 months, and a friend recommended me Tonic Oil from Clarins. This stuff is amazing. I started using it after my showers, and it got rid of the stretch marks that were forming. It also helped my old stretch marks fade. (I had a fat teenage stage and had stretch marks as a result.) Before using the tonic I had tried coconut oil lotions. They are sticky and smell nasty, but this tonic oil smells and feals refreshing. I'm due Dec. 2 and have no stretch marks! This stuff should keep new stretch marks from forming and hopefully treat the ones you already have.

They don't really go away...they fade over time and are eventually the same color as your skin, but then don't tan well either. I'm sorry to break the bad news. :( I have them ALL over my lower belly, and I just hope they fade significantly by summertime...
