My 10 month old daugher use to sleep all night long and take regular naps, but here lately she doesn't want to take a nap and she wakes up several times a night. Please in desperate need of some advice that can help my daughter get back into a regular routine.

Same with my daughter, she is trying to lose her morning sleep, but still seems to need it!! And she was an excellent sleeper at night but now if she wakes 3 times thats a good night. I am so tired & not looking forward to starting work on Monday. I am still breastfeeding & can't get her back to sleep any other way. I have tried water & cuddles but to no avail if she does go back to sleep 10 mins later she is awake again demanding milk. I am nearly at my wits end & been a solo Mum am running outta steam. Sorry I have no ideas & hope someone else does. Hang in there

I'm in your boat too... my 10 month old used to take a 9:30 nap and a 3:30 nap. Now she will sleep for maybe a half hour in the morning and maybe a half hour in the afternoon if i'm lucky. she has also been waking up at night where she has always slept through the night since a month old. i don't know... but i'd like to see what advice you get :)

I don't have any advice, but I can completely sympathize with you. My 10 month old son was never a good sleeper, but he use to at least sleep through the night and take a good nap during the day. Now he's waking up several times a night and deciding to take a 1/2 nap or no nap at all. It's so frustrating! I feel your pain!

I'm sorry to hear that! My son is 10 months old and sleeps during the night. He used to take several naps a day and still sleep all night. He is in daycare and because he is so active they moved him in with the 1 year olds. Now he only naps once during the day. What I do is I play with my son a lot at night so he starts to get tired, I then give him his bath and put him right down for the night. This always helps me. Is she teething at all? My son has 6 teeth and cutting 1 more and at times he wakes up because his gums bother him. When he fusses more than twice in the night I usually keep him next to me in bed and he usually stays sleeping as well. Hope this helps. Good luck!
