We use whole milk and have since she was 12 mos (slowly started introducing at 9 mos)...but don't spend the money on organic. I don't buy organic anything.

Our daughter is on formula and whole milk - formula before bed and whole milk during the day. I also splurge on the organic stuff - its nice to see milk cream again!

My little boy is quite big for his age, at 15 months he's 2 ft 9 in. He gets follow on milk because he doesnt like cows milk to drink. He's on aptamil 1yr + and he loves it

I buy organic milk for my family and my 16mo old gets whole milk. I wish I could buy all my fruits/veggies/meats organic but it's too spendy so I just splurge on organic milk.

My little boy is a very little boy and sometimes goes off his food, so I'm still giving him follow-on formula.

Whole milk or follow on. Jennifer is absolutley right, don't drop below 2% till 2 as they all have the same calcium content but under 2 they need the extra fat (lucky 2 year olds! LOL!)

The experts say whole milk or 2% until they turn 2 years old, by then they should switch to a nonfat milk such as 1% or skim.
