My nearly 4 month old little girl just rolled from belly to back to belly to back today! She seems to really love moving every since I have taken diapers off of her. I still have a lot of misses but I usually have her sitting on a prefold so that I don't have a huge amount of laundry to do.

I find that my baby always pees when she rolls onto her tummy. It must be the pressure on her bladder. I found this with my first "diaper-less" baby too.

I don't know about you, but my daughter is the same way -- I think it's easier to move without a bulky bottom! :-P
I do the same with having her on some prefolds so I have less laundry (but I also use a diaper service, so they can clean it, not me! LOL)
Now at 6 months, I also find she sits up better without a diaper, again... bulky bottom? haha... incentive for her to get out of 'em ;P
I wouldn't worry too much about misses. Especially because once she's rolling around and playing, she'll be more interested in that for a bit than whining or doing what she does to tell you she has to (or has) gone pee :)
