We started EC at 3 months old over the sink and quickly moved to the potty (by 4 months).  He has never had issue sitting on the potty.  We EC part time, mainly after waking and before bed and when we notice a BM is going to happen.  Benji is nearly 10 month old now and we catch 90% of his BM's, usually at our regular potty times.  He has gotten to the point that he can get off the potty without spilling it and does so when he is done going.  When he needs to eliminate, he sits there until he is done.

How long have you been doing ECing? He looks so at ease on the potty.
