How do you take a picture of your children moving or playing and still get a clear shot? are their special settings on your camer?

Turn off the red eye reduction if that setting is on.

Sports setting & take a thousand pics to get one good one..

If your camera has a Sports setting (If you have a dial with pics, it's the picutre of a person in a running position) turn it on. This setting has a fast shutter speed so you don't have the delay that causes blurring.
